Born a problem solver, Emille was a conundrum for his family: What to do with boundless creativity? The Air Force Academy, therefore, became a natural fit--discipline and near limitless resources for the natural problem solver. After graduation, Emille excelled in logistics, aircraft maintenance and teaching. The common thread to all of his success was leadership. He knows how to connect with people, no matter the lack of resources, austere locations or cannot-fail missions. His love of leadership and seeing people at their best led him to further his education at the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Human Relations. No matter the unit or location, getting people to laugh and smile, to think beyond the challenges facing them, to craft amazing success empowered units he led to break records and win dozens of individual and team awards.
